A: No, we are an online store. But for local customers, we provide more options than just online! Please see below.
Q: What if I like to "see and touch" before I purchase?
A: Yes, we have options for local customers to "see and touch"! Please see the next question for more detail. (Also, you can visit us at the shows.)
Q: Do you open to public?
A: For wholesale customers, you can either order online or make an appointment to purchase at our location. For retail customers, although we only have the option of shopping online; if you prefer to see the product first before you buy, you can use the " order by phone" function when you check out, in this way, the system will send your ordering list to us, and we will call you to arrange a time for you to pick it up and pay(in this way, you also save your postage).And if you don't like it when you see and touch it, you just don't pay and that is easy and simple!
Q: Why I didn't receive the email confirmation when I sign up my account.
A: When you sign up, the system will send you a email confirmation, in some cases, if you use hotmail, hotmail may reject the email automatically due to an interal error within hotmail. In this case, please use other email.
