Shipping Charges
Shipping is free on all retail orders over $100 or wholesale order over $150 to anywhere in the world! (CDN $) For retail orders under $100, or wholesale orders under $150, we offer flat rate shipping. Shipping to Canadian, U.S. and United Kingdom addresses is $4.95 and to International addresses is $15. All orders will be shipped and insured via Canada Post within 1-2 business days of receiving the order. For most of Canadian and U.S. order, you can track your shipment through the email sent by PayPal. Normally, orders within North America arrive quickly. However, in some cases, mailing to Canada might take longer than to the U.S.. Please count on 1-3 weeks and be pleasantly surprised when it arrive earlier! For international orders...it's going to be longer. It might take from 6-10 business days (by Canada Post Small Package Air) to 6-10 weeks (by Canada Post Small Package Surface). Whether we choose by air or by surface, it depends on the value and the weight of the goods. If there is any additional Customs and taxes as levied by your customs and postal carrier is your responsibility. If you need guaranteed shipping in less time, we will be happy to ship via courier or method of your choice. We can get you quotes and you can choose, you pay cost only. We offer C.O.D (Cash on Delivery) only within Canada ($6.00 C.O.D. fee applies - please place order using the "Order by Phone " feature of the shopping bag.) For local customers, if you prefer "see and touch" before you purchase, or you want to save the postage, you can use the " order by phone "function in your check out and we will arrange a time for you to pick up and pay.
