Q: Do you have a physical retail store?
A: No, we are an online store. But for local customers, we provide more options than just online! Please see below.

Q:What if I like to "see and touch" before I puschase?
A:Yes, we have options for local customers to "see and touch"! Please see the next question for more detail. (Also, you can visit us at the shows.)

Q: Do you open to public?
A:For wholesale customers, you can either order online or make an appointment to purchase at our location. For retail customers, although we only have the option of shopping online; if you prefer to see the product first before you buy, you can use the " order by phone" function when you check out, in this way, the systiom will send your ordering list to us, and we will call you to arrange a time for you to pick it up and pay(in this way, you also save your postage).And if you don't like it when you see and touch it, you just don't pay and that is easy and simple!

About ordering

Q: Do you have a minimum order?
A: We don't have a minimum amount for retailers. But for wholesalers, we do have a minimum amount for $100.

Q: How can I buy wholesale?
A: We would need to see your proof of business documentation (retail licence/tax exemption forms) to set up a wholesale account.

Q: What is “order by phone” in your check out and how do I use it?
A: If you prefer to see the product first before you decide to buy, or you don't want to pay by credit card or paypal, or you want to contact us before you pay, you can use this function. When you click: “ order by phone”, the system will ask you to fill in your name, email and phone number. Then please click “Please call me”. The system will send us a copy of your order. We will then call you to talk about the order within one business day. In this way, you have the chance to come to have a look of the product befoe you decide to buy(in this way, you also save your postage!). Or, if you want to pay by cheque, we will hold the items for you and make the shipment after we receive and clear the cheque.

Q: Can I order by phone or email or fax?
A: Yes, in addition to our “proceed to checkout” and “order by phone” button, you can contact us with your phone, email or fax. We will hold the items for you for a reasonable time period and make the shipment after we receive and clear the cheque.

Q: Do you send a confirmation email after I order?
A: Yes, a confirmation email is sent automatically. You will also receive a letter from PayPal's shipping centre when we arrange your shipment.

About payment

Q: Is it safe to order from your website?
A: Yes, we use PayPal to process your payment whether you choose to pay by credit card or your PayPal account. Once you click "proceed to checkout", you are directed to PayPal's website to pay for your order. We don't have any of your credit card information or PayPal account information .

Q: Do I need a PayPal account to pay online?
A: No, we use PayPal to process your payment. PayPal also accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, therefore, you don't need a PayPal account to check out.

Q: What currency will my creditcard or PayPal be charged in?
A: You will be charged by your own currency whether you choose to use credit card or PayPal. PayPal will do the foreign exchange for you and charge you by your own currency.

Q: I am still uncomfortable using my creditcard.Can I pay by cheque?
A:Yes,please see 'Q:What is “order by phone” in your checkout and how do I use it?' in "About ordering" section for more detail.

Q: Are your product pictures taken from your real products?
A: All of our pictures are taken from examples of our real products.

Q: Can I get a 100% exact products as I see on your website?
A:Most of our product are natural products, slight variations of color, size and form may occur. Also, the colors you see may vary slightly depending on your computer monitor.

Q: What is a "mm" and "ap."?
A:"mm" stands for "Millimeter". "ap." stands for "Approximately".

Q: Why are the cubic zirconia beads in blue much more expensive than the cubic zirconia beads in other colors?
A: Blue cubic zirconia beads are much more expensive because they are hard to make.

Q: Do you carry lampwork and finding?
A: We will put lampwork and finding online with time on.
